Creating a sense of belonging for all

O'Reilly Auto Parts creates, promotes, and fosters an open environment forum for team members who share a common identity and their allies to connect with one another in building their community and sense of belonging. We do this with our culture values front of mind.

Our Team Member Network Groups (TMNG) create a space for connection, culture, and career development. We celebrate, learn, and grow with each member, while creating a space of belonging for everyone.

Connecting with the community

We are proud to be an Ambassador for Student African American Brotherhood (SAAB), a national organization with its headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. Serving students from middle school through college, SAAB's mission is to ensure men of color have the support needed to excel academically, socially, and professionally. SAAB is a partner that shares our vision of an inclusive workforce and presents advancement opportunities for individuals who may be unaware of the career path options our company can provide.
