Creating a sense of belonging for all
O'Reilly Auto Parts creates, promotes, and fosters an open environment forum for team members who share a common identity and their allies to connect with one another in building their community and sense of belonging. We do this with our culture values front of mind.

Our Team Member Network Groups (TMNG) create a space for connection, culture, and career development. We celebrate, learn, and grow with each member, while creating a space of belonging for everyone.

Team Member Network Groups
Adelante's mission involves empowering and nurturing Hispanic/Latin leaders and educating team members about the events within the Hispanic/Latin community. This group is open to all O'Reilly team members who want to support the group's goal of creating a space where team members, whether identifying as Hispanic/Latin or allies, can come together to celebrate, learn, and grow.
Our mission is to create a space of community, culture, and career development. We will celebrate, learn, and grow with each member while creating a space of belonging for all who identify as well as allies. O'Reilly Auto Parts creates, promotes, and fosters an open forum for team members who share a common identity to connect with one another in building their community and sense of belonging.
Our Veteran Group's mission is to embrace our community of team member veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention. This group is open to team members who have served in the armed forces, their spouses, family members, or anyone who supports the mission of this group.
The mission of OWN is to create, promote, and foster an open forum for team members who identify as women to connect with one another in building their community and sense of belonging. We will do this with our culture values front of mind and create a safe space.

Connecting with the community
We are proud to be an Ambassador for Student African American Brotherhood (SAAB), a national organization with its headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. Serving students from middle school through college, SAAB's mission is to ensure men of color have the support needed to excel academically, socially, and professionally. SAAB is a partner that shares our vision of an inclusive workforce and presents advancement opportunities for individuals who may be unaware of the career path options our company can provide.
