Team O'Reilly Veterans

Our Veteran Team Member Network Group's mission is to embrace our proud community of team member veterans who support and encourage each other through shared experiences, veteran recruitment, outward engagement, professional growth, and retention. This group is open to team members who have served in the armed forces, their spouses, family members, or anyone who supports the mission of this group.
"Being in the military had a big impact on my life. I think the experience and work ethic that I got out of it has helped me fit in well with O'Reilly Auto Parts and our culture."

O'Reilly Auto Parts is proud to be a partner to offer service members industry training and work experience to aid in the transition from active service to civilian life.
Since 1941, the United Service Organizations (USO) has been the nation’s leading nonprofit organization to serve the people in the U.S. military, and their families, throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is always by their side.
