Internship Summary:
O’Reilly’s Summer Internship Program is an in-person, 9-week, paid, summer program that offers students the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals in different departments and to showcase their knowledge by providing recommendations and feedback. Throughout the internship, students will build upon their current skillsets, while applying their education to meaningful, impactful projects.
Interns will be paired with one department for the summer and will be responsible for assisting their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company. Along with a mentor, interns will design their Career Development Plan and complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals.

We'd Love to Hear From Students Who:
- See themselves in O’Reilly’s 12 Culture Values
- Are actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Are entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
- Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
- Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
- Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
- Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 9 weeks during summer
